Legal Update

the court hearing started at 9 am in Charlotte. The plaintiffs lawyer described it as a pure law hearing. Both sides present their case and the laws governing the issue. The hearing ended around 1:10 pm. The judge made no decisions on the issues. He instructed to be informed about the upcoming election results. Also the court would be looking for a brief on the jurisdiction of these issues and if all lot owners needed to be joined.As more information comes in we will update you.
