Our Mission

FHSTOP is a group of property owners that live in Fairfield Harbour.

Our mission is to STOP the sale of any part of the old Shoreline Golf Course. We will be working all avenues of recourse to make sure the open green space stays that way.

The group is dedicated to promoting more VOTING RIGHTS for the Fairfield Harbour Property Owners Association membership. Allowing more control over what happens and how our money is spent.

We believe most of the property owners had an expectation when the Amenities were purchased. This expectation was the Old Shoreline Course would remain undeveloped.

The Board of Directors who entered into contract to purchase stated in Scenario #5 “the threat of Unwanted Development after Exhibit E expires in 2023 will be removed forever”. It seems that our expectations are now being exploited by the Association.

We ask for your support for the Members of the Fairfield Harbour Property Owners Association who are trying to Save The Open Property.
