Why you should sign the Petition & Proxy
-
The Board wants to Sell off your amenity properties.
-
No Voting on proposed Property Sales for development or Anything else.
-
No Open Monthly Meetings for Large Groups of Members.
-
No Arm’s length transactions on contract between the POA Board and Management with a Contractor.
-
Large Club House proposal without any community input.
-
No Voting by members on Club House Proposal to borrow millions of dollars.
-
No Due Diligence and very Little Transparency.
-
The FHPOA’s duties are to promote the welfare of all members of the community. The Sale of the old Golf Course Property for development is counter to that in a 2010 court filing by their own Attorney.
-
The FHPOA had restrictions on the property removed and expired. These Restrictions need to be re-attached.
-
The FHPOA should have held meetings before purchasing the lot at Broad Creek Road & 55 for a sign costing over $112K.
-
No one needs new fines (Civil Fines) imposed on Property Owners without a Vote.
-
Please sign the Petition and Proxy. In the next 2 elections, please vote for community members who will pledge to fix the voting issue and protect the Open Properties.
-
Let’s all send the POA a strong message. And that is....
What's going on here is wrong and is pushing the community in the wrong direction !
